I have four years of experience as an HR manager for a Bay Area manufacturer. As a one-woman department, I gained a wide variety of HR experience including employee relations, benefits negotiation, staffing, compensation, and M&A. I hold a Certificate in Human Resources from U.C. Santa Cruz extension, and I am currently studying project management and business strategy to prepare for the SPHR exam.
I enjoy new projects and challenges and am currently looking for a human resources position where I can be an asset to the company and a support to the employees.
Outside of the office, I have led small groups in the graduate program at San Francisco Theological Seminary. I have extensive experience in organizing and leading volunteer groups. I have also planned and led weekend retreats.
